Most people treat their dreams as entertainment at best and noise at worst. This workshop is built on a different premise entirely: that your dreams are one of the most consistent, responsive, and intelligent communication systems available to you — and that learning to work with them changes not just how you sleep, but how you live. You'll learn how to reliably recall and record what happens each night, how to read the relationship between your dream life and your waking reality, and — as your skills develop — how to bring specific intentions and requests into that nightly channel and receive genuine responses. Rooted in ancient Hebrew understanding of dreams as divine communication and expanded through practical modern technique, this is a workshop about becoming fluent in a language your deeper self has been speaking all along.

Explore Art Journaling

Come create art as a way to explore your inner world, or just as a way to play. Anyone is welcome, whether you are familiar with art journaling or new to the practice. Art journaling is easy and personal - even if you don't consider yourself creative or talented, this practice can be a great way to explore a different part of your consciousness in a low-stakes setting. There will be art supplies available. You're welcome to share as much or as little of your art and its meaning as you'd like.
